Mark holds an MSc in Business and Organisational Strategy and has spent nearly 20 years working in senior IT roles within the professional services sector.
Mark provides strategic digital advice to the business, overseeing IT governance, managing systems development and support, as well as third-party supplier and partner relationships to optimise business performance.

Mark’s clients are owner managed SME’s across the Healthcare, Leisure, Motor trade, Wholesale and Real Estate sectors.
Mark also provides CF transaction support services for clients and financial institutions.

Denise manages a portfolio of corporate liquidations, both solvent and insolvent, assisting and advising directors, creditors and employees through the liquidation process.
Denise has dealt with all aspects of both solvent and insolvent corporate liquidations for around 16 years.

Debbie’s Head of Tax at TC SEM with presence across our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton offices.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with more than 30 years’ experience, Debbie supports owner managed businesses plan for the future in a commercial and tax-efficient manner, from both a personal and business point of view.
