Nick’s a Tax Partner in our London – TC Citroen Wells office and handles a wide range of tax issues.
He calls on extensive experience of compliance and structuring – both UK and with an international flavour – in advising individuals, businesses, and trusts.
He strikes a balance between technical expertise and commercial empathy, priding himself on the minimal contact his clients have with the revenue authorities. He sits on the Taxation Panel of the Bar Council.

Maxine’s a general practice Partner at our London – TC Citroen Wells office with specific responsibilities for Personal Taxation; as well as Trusts both in the UK and overseas, and estates.
Maxine’s especially interested in assisting clients with tax planning – in particular, inheritance tax.
She’s had a long involvement with the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA), having run the monthly South-West London tax discussion group for several years and sat on the LSCA taxation committee.

Mark’s a financial services specialist at our London – TC Citroen Wells office and has been responsible for developing a significant presence amongst clients regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
He’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and specialises in providing innovative solutions to tax problems.

Leckraj works with a significant portfolio of clients, both individuals and corporate, and has particular expertise in Audit and Accounting of Academies, Authors, Charities and Owner-managed businesses at our London – TC Citroen Wells office.
His experience in cloud accounting software’s helped businesses achieve further efficiencies with their bookkeeping processes, developing better systems. He also provides on-going support to clients and conducts training on all cloud accounting solutions to both individuals and businesses who see the benefits in migrating their existing accounting systems to a cloud platform.

Kim oversees a varied portfolio of clients, providing a full range of services, from Audit and Accounts preparation through to Corporate Tax and Personal Tax at our London – TC Citroen Wells office.
Kim specialises in businesses regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), property companies, retail clients and owner-managed companies in the SME sector.
Head of Mergers & Acquisitions
Shiv’s Head of M&A and has six+ years’ experience advising owner managers, investors, and corporates in the business services sector.
He’s recently moved in-house, working alongside the C-Suite and private equity investors to execute a ‘Buy and Build’ growth strategy.

Pete’s a Partner in our Spalding office with 25 years of experience advising clients, having joined the firm as a graduate in 1999.
Pete specialises in delivering tax planning and commercial advice to his predominantly OMB client base.

As Tax Partner, Neil has over 25 years’ experience of helping clients with their business tax affairs, as well as advising on the tax affairs of owner managed businesses.
Neil also has plenty of experience working with both large and listed corporate groups.

Zoe’s a Partner based in our Christchurch office with over 20 years’ experience as an accountant. She has a varied client base working with owner managed businesses.

Fergal’s a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and has led TC Outsourcing since 2019. In his role, he’s responsible for leading an ever-larger team in providing cross-functional support throughout the Group.
Relationship Manager
Katharine’s worked within Financial Services for the last 20 years, both working for Platform Providers and Financial Advisors.
As Relationship Manager, her role’s to be a point of contact for clients and co-ordinate the gathering of information for onboarding and reviews.
